About me
Delaney Larmor
I come from a background in mechanical engineering, though I wasn’t able to complete my degree due to financial challenges. For the past seven years, I’ve lived paycheck to paycheck, experiencing firsthand the struggles many face when opportunities feel out of reach.
Despite these challenges, my dream has always been simple: to help people. I am driven by the desire to give others the chance to thrive, to grow from zero to hero, and to create opportunities where they didn’t exist before. This vision is the foundation of everything I do with Big World Tech and HomeHarvest—building solutions that empower, uplift, and open doors for those ready to take the next step in their journey.
The Idea
My Vision
HomeHarvest was born from personal experience. Having spent years in and out of food banks and living on EBT, I know what it’s like to compromise on quality and nutrition. I dreamed of growing my own food indoors to create fresh, beautiful meals—but I didn’t have the ingredients or resources.
What started as a simple sketch three years ago evolved into our first prototype. While it wasn’t perfect, it represented the seed of a bigger vision: to make fresh, home-grown food accessible to everyone.

Now, HomeHarvest is ready to give the world a fully functional solution; empowering households to cultivate, nourish, and thrive with fresh food at their fingertips. Our goal is to make home-grown, healthy food accessible to everyone, helping people take control of their nutrition, creativity, and well-being.
Our Belief
We believe scarcity is not a personal failure. Too often, it is the result of systems placed far from the people who need them.
Abundance, to us, does not mean excess. It means reliability. It means knowing that what you need will be there when you need it.
Rethinking the Home
For most of modern life, the home has been designed to consume, not to provide. We believe that should change. Homes. especially in urban environments should have the ability to participate in food production, even in small, meaningful ways. Not as a return to the past, but as a step forward in how we design domestic life.
Technology That Serves
Technology should not overwhelm or perform for you. It should integrate quietly, support daily rhythms, and restore a sense of agency.
When food grows where you live, scarcity feels different. Distance is reduced. Participation returns. Confidence follows.
